Three projects currently under construction are Allura in Coolum Beach, Curve in Birtinya and Beach Life in Alexandra Headland. “Our project pipeline on the market is currently in excess of $140m with another $100m worth of stock in planning approval and design phases,” says Mr Ryan. “Our future projects feature a blend of boutique niche developments, owner-occupier focused projects for local downsizers and investment product for the savvy.”

One particular project the team can’t wait to see take shape is The Courtyard Collection at Beach Life in Alexandra Headland. “We listened to our clients and redesigned the five apartments in the collection to give the buyers just what they want,” director Scott Juniper explains. “Each apartment features a secure, private-use terrace or courtyard with an entertainment space and exclusive access to the outdoors. It is perfect for those downsizers who don’t want to give up on size, space and the outdoor lifestyle.”

The collection features just five apartments and is the absolute final release in the development. With such a limited number of apartments available, Mr Juniper expects them to be snapped up quickly.
