Due to our expanding portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. We specialise in the construction of luxury, high-rise residential apartments with a strong pipeline of work into the future. As such, we are looking for the cream of the crop to help manage this workload.

To be successful you will possess:

• Extensive experience in a comparable role within the Commercial Construction industry;
• Tertiary qualification(s) in Construction Management, or a related discipline;
• Demonstrated ability in achieving results through procurement, trade management and estimating;
• Intermediate skills and knowledge in contract management, coordination and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Proven track record in effective collaboration with the project team to provide a successful project.
