On the back of a sold out $27 million apartment complex, a high-profile Coast developer has set its sights on a new towered block suited to first home buyers.
Cube Developments’ One Prosperity complex which is set across two storeys at Birtinya has sold out, with the suburb and Coast property surging.
Construction has started and is expected to be finalised towards the end of 2021 with 50 individually titled lakeside apartments in the vibrant Oceanside community.
Cube Developments’ director Scott Juniper said the architecturally-designed homes set a benchmark for functionality and value in the area.
He said with buyers flooding in off the back of COVID-19 the residences were quick to move.
“The apartments are individually titled, set across two storeys and provide a high level of privacy. Kitchen and bedrooms are set overlooking the lake and with the project guaranteed never to be built out, the views and vantage is there to stay,” Mr Juniper said
With the area becoming increasingly more established, Mr Juniper said Birtinya was a booming suburb for the entry level market.
“It’s a very unique spot with access to the hub of health facilities at Oceanside, and being in such proximity to cafes, gyms and retail precincts,” he said.
“The community is built around the outdoors with the patrolled beach just a bike ride away, plenty of parks nearby and of course Lake Kawana at its doorstep.”
To meet growing demand, Cube Developments has set its sights on another project in the Birtinya pocket with the announcement of Seasons by Cube.
Mr Juniper said the urban residential project with 146 apartments was set to make first buyer owner’s coastal dreams a reality.
Seasons by Cube will come with elaborate suite of new-age work from home amenities, designed to foster creativity and innovation on the Sunshine Coast.
“Seasons will cater to a market where remote work and lifestyle are driving forces for where to live. The project is centred around a model where residents work, rejuvenate and enjoy elevated leisure all in one space,” he said.
Seasons by Cube is set to hit to market in the second half of 2021 with apartments priced from $479,000.
