Beach Life is the epitome of understated elegance, it’s never-to-be-built-out views of the beach to the east or the park and lake views to the west represented a once in a lifetime opportunity. The architects had a unique design response by splitting the building in two to increase access to light and ventilation and incorporates a two-story atrium with a lush vertical garden that helps connect the ocean to the park – and the park to the ocean.
