Due to our expanding portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. We specialise in the construction of luxury, high-rise residential apartments with a strong pipeline of work into the future. To be successful you will possess:

• Extensive experience in a comparable role within the Commercial Construction industry;
• Trade or tertiary education;
• Proven ability to deliver up-scale projects on time, within scope and defect-free.
• Strong construction knowledge from the ground up to completion and handover.
• Intermediate skills and knowledge in programming, safety, budgets and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Proven track record in effective collaboration with the project team to provide a cohesive, safe and successful project.
