Due to our expanding portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

We specialise in the construction of luxury, high-rise residential apartments with a strong pipeline of work into the future. As such, we are looking for the cream of the crop to help manage this workload.

To be successful you will possess:

— Extensive experience in a comparable role within the Commercial Construction industry;
— Tertiary qualification(s) in Construction Management, or a related discipline;
— Demonstrated ability in achieving results through procurement, trade management and estimating;
— Intermediate skills and knowledge in contract management, coordination and administration.
— Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
— Proven track record in effective collaboration with the project team to provide a successful project;
— Experience with cost reporting software CHEOPS, Jonas, or similar.

— Proven ability to deliver up-scale projects on time, within scope and defect-free.
— Strong construction knowledge from the ground up to completion and handover.
— Intermediate skills and knowledge in programming, safety, budgets and problem-solving.
— Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
— Proven track record in effective collaboration with the project team to provide a cohesive, safe and successful project.
— QBCC Open Builders Supervisors Licence is an advantage but not essential
